Recommended dosage- start with 1/2 tablet, 3 times daily with meals for 3 days, then increase to 1 tab, three times daily. May cause skin to flush or tingle. Nytin is also called Vitamin B-3. 100 mgm. niacin (nicotinic acid). Qty 100 tablets
